Vialens is an AI-powered digital creative and marketing platform that allows users to create and manage digital marketing content and related creative assets using artificial intelligence and third-party technology services.

By using Vialens, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Platform.

We may also process and store AI-generated outputs created through the Platform, where necessary to provide the requested functionality.

• Managing your available Credits and usage
• Generating requested images, videos, marketing copy, avatars, UGC, and other creative content

• Maintaining and improving Platform performance and functionality
• Preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and security incidents

3. AI Processing and Third-Party Technology Services

Vialens uses third-party artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, hosting, media processing, and other technology providers to provide certain Platform functionality.

Depending on the feature you use, information and User Content may be transmitted to or processed by applicable third-party providers in order to fulfill your request.

Such processing may include the use of images, text, prompts, audio, voice content, product information, or other materials submitted by you.

Third-party providers may process information in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and applicable requirements. The availability and functionality of particular AI models or third-party services may change over time.

4. Payment Information

Vialens uses third-party payment providers to process payments for Credits and other paid services made available through the Platform. These providers may include Stripe and Coinbase, depending on the payment method selected and the services available at the time of purchase.

When you pay by card or another payment method supported by Stripe, payment information is processed by Stripe in accordance with its applicable privacy policy and security practices.

Vialens does not intentionally store complete payment card numbers, card security codes, or other sensitive card authentication information on its own systems.

Where cryptocurrency or stablecoin payments are available, payment and transaction information necessary to process, verify, and reconcile the transaction may be processed by Coinbase or another applicable payment provider. This may include transaction identifiers, payment status, wallet-related information, blockchain transaction information, and other information required to confirm payment and credit the applicable Vialens account.

Vialens may retain limited transaction information necessary for accounting, fraud prevention, customer support, dispute handling, legal compliance, and maintaining accurate Credit balances and purchase records.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We may share or disclose information where reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide Vialens, including with:

• Payment Providers: Stripe, Coinbase, and other payment service providers used to process, verify, and reconcile transactions.
• AI and Technology Providers: third-party AI, media processing, cloud, hosting, storage, and related technology providers required to provide requested Platform functionality.
• Service Providers: vendors supporting hosting, infrastructure, analytics, security, communications, customer support, and other operational functions.
• Legal and Regulatory Authorities: where disclosure is required by applicable law, regulation, court order, governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, property, or security.
• Business Transactions: where reasonably necessary in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of assets, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information and User Content for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, maintain your account and transaction records, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

When information is no longer reasonably required for these purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it, subject to applicable legal, security, technical, and operational requirements.

You are also responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before using, publishing, distributing, or commercially exploiting it and for ensuring that its use complies with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, advertising requirements, platform policies, and third-party terms.

Because Vialens relies on third-party technology, payment, cloud, hosting, and AI service providers, information may be processed or stored in countries outside the United Arab Emirates.

Where required by applicable law, we will take reasonable measures intended to provide appropriate protection for personal information transferred across borders.

Vialens is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that such information has been provided without appropriate authorization, we may take reasonable steps to delete it.
